Rossara Jamil is a full-time freelance writer and editor based in Singapore. With over a decade of writing, she has produced hundreds of articles for magazines. A former assistant editor and editor for design titles Cubes and Lookbox Living respectively, she now contributes articles regularly to interior design magazines Singapore Tatler Homes, Lookbox Living and SquareRooms. She also writes profiles for luxury publication Davison and art title Gallery & Studio. She is available for ghostwriting, collaborative and  memoir writing projects.

In 2013, she was part of the writing team for 60 Stories from the Beatty Family: Beatty Secondary School 1953-2013, a coffee table book that commemorates the 60th anniversary of one of Singapore’s well-loved schools.

An avid traveller, she seeks out wide, open spaces away from Singapore and enjoys getting lost in new cities. Her travel-related pieces have appeared in SilverKris and Food & Travel. In her free time, she follows her curiosity on a wide range of topics including health, psychology and the natural world.
